1. What is the conference registration fee?
$375 for active FJAA members; $299 for retired members.
2. What is included in the registration fee?
All conference materials, educational events, opening reception, two continental breakfasts, four breaks, closing banquet, and various service fees.
3. When is the conference?
Thursday, September 7, through Saturday, September 9, 2017.
4. Where will the conference be held?
In San Francisco, California, at the Omni Hotel on California Street.
5. What is the nightly rate at the hotel?
The FJAA contracted with the Omni Hotel for the current government per diem in San Francisco, which is $267 per night.

7. May I book my hotel room now?
You must pay your conference registration fee prior to booking your hotel room. Rooms booked in the FJAA block without corresponding payment of registration fees will be cancelled. As soon as you pay your registration fee online, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail. Then you may book your hotel room.
8. My court wants to pay my registration fee with a Purchase Order. Is that allowed?
Yes. Just click on the Mail-In Registration tab and follow the instructions.
9. What if I register for the conference and then cannot attend?
When organizing this conference, the FJAA entered into signed contracts with the hotel and other vendors. Under these contracts, we made monetary commitments. Therefore, we will allow for a full refund of the registration fee through July 31, 2017. If the registration is cancelled between August 1 and August 31, the FJAA will refund 50% of the registration fee. After August 31, no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you cancel your registration, you cannot substitute someone else in your place. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
